Schedule-At-A-Glance
The following is a sample schedule. Scavenger Hunts In Chicago works with you to create a custom schedule based on your needs and specific time constraints.
1:00pm - 1:30pm
Introduction
Brief Meeting with introduction led by Scavenger Hunt Special Agent Orange. Group split into teams for the day, spy guides are introduced and overall goals for the day's activities are reviewed.
1:30pm - 4:00pm
Event in Action
Event starts as teams determine whether to spend some time to strategize or just head out on their "Missions". Teams complete as many "Missions" as possible and must be at the final destination by 4:00 pm or suffer penalty points.
4:00pm - 7:00pm
Dinner, Cocktail Reception or Baseball Game
While teams points are tabulated, employees enjoy a post-event reception, dinner or even a baseball game. After the points are tabulated, the overall winner is declared, team photos are displayed and prizes are awarded.
